28.08.2010 Martin & Bernadette, Turbine Hall, Newtown

This weekend we got to shoot at the super chic Turbine Hall in Newtown! We were excited to do this shoot as its a very urban, industrial space, and would require us to think out the box. I think we managed to get some awesome images! We just loved the dramatic lighting and contempary space!

Well done to Anton & Guy from the Wedding Emporium for putting on an amazing event! Everything you guys do is always stunning!

We were privileged to be featured in Destiny Magazine recently.  Sihle and Edmund as you can see were an amazing couple and their little one was so cute.

21.08.2010 Mike & Ruenell, Likweti Lodge

M & R got married at Likweti near Nelspruit / White River!

Since they and many of their friends and family came out from New Zealand, a South African Bush wedding was the perfect setting, and of course

we were more than excited to be  a part of this awesome day! Well done on a lovely wedding guys! Hope it was everything you had hoped for!

Since R & M’s story invloved crossing borders and living abroad, we wanted to give them some real african bush images to treasure forever!

07.08.2010 Mike & Delia, Critchley Hackle

Mike & Delia decided to have a weekend away wedding at Critchley Hackle in Dullstroom. We were super excited to see some of our previous brides attending the wedding as guests, thanks again to all our loyal clients who refer us over and over, thank you for still seeing the art in what we LOVE to do!

Thanks to Mike & Delia for their warm hospitality! We really felt welcome and that always makes us push ourselves to do the best we can on the day! I think we had an amazing shoot! Some of these images will definatley go in our favourites box:-), hope you enjoy!

Mark & Michelle got married at Avianto on thursday, our first shoot back from our little break.

We had an amazing pre-shoot with M&M in NewTown last month so we were super excited to try and outdo ourselves at their wedding! Nothing
like competing with yourself to keep you on your toes:-) They used their pre-shoot pics to make the most awesome guest book, great idea, love it!

Some Thai Inspiration

After a hectic 2009 / 2010 wedding season, we jetted off to Southern Thailand! Only to find that we still LOVE our jobs and deem it a priveledge
to capture life through the lens!

Here are a few of my favourite images from our trip, amoungst many others!

Since many of you will be heading off on a honeymoon soon, just a reminder to leave your destination the same way you would like to find it!
With some of the best beaches in the world in Thailand, one would think those that have come to enjoy them, would leave them as they would like
to find them, unfortunately, that was not always the case! So remember to honeymoon responsibly:-)

After a delightful 3 weeks in Thailand, we are feeling refreshed and inspired! We cant wait to see you all soon!

Our season is off to a busy start with our first shoot since our holiday kicking off on thursday and another in Dullstroom on Saturday!

“The Last three weddings For June”

Here at the tyme mini factory we have been burning the midnight oil to get various jobs out! In so doing the blog posts have been a bit absent.
